Valve Components Limited (VCL), established in 1987, has been a leading precision manufacturer since conception. Providing a full turnkey service to the oil and gas, defence, aerospace and energy industries for over 30 years the company has initiated a culture of quality. With expertise in the subsea and surface energy industries, VCL is able to supply the best actuators, valves and valve internals required to meet our customer demands.

Possessing impressive manufacturing facilities spanning 58,000 sq ft, VCL has over 50 high integrity machines as well as assembly and testing facilities which cover a further 20,000 sq ft for specialised assembly and rigorous testing.

Utilising our flexible manufacturing capacity, we provide services from concept and procurement of materials and parts right through to full inspection and assembly. We use our vast knowledge and experience of project management, critical machining, final solution documentation requirements and we have a dedicated supply manager for each of our clients. This full process ensures that client specifications are met whilst still adhering to strict industry standards.
